Online Return Policy (Domestic)

All returns purchased items from our store must be delivered to our office within 30 days from the date you initially receive the order.

All merchandise must be in perfect, unused condition with hangtags and hygienic protectors intact to be eligible for exchange or refund.

Please be mindful of potential stains from makeup or deodorant when trying on tops and pants. Products received in used, laundered, or damaged condition will be sent back at your expense.

Returns and exchanges are typically processed within one or two business days after being received at our warehouse, please allow for additional processing time during peak seasons and holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has been processed.

Holiday Note: Items purchased between November 1st and December 25th will be eligible for exchange until January 31st. This does not apply to refunds. All other return policies apply.
